Magnesium glycinate

This is the magnesium salt of glycine, often sold as a dietary supplement. It contains 14.1% elemental magnesium by mass and is used to increase magnesium levels in individuals with deficiencies. Due to its high bioavailability, it is well tolerated and easily absorbed by the body.
