Gastrointestinal cancer

Cancers that develop along the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, including the esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, small intestine, large intestine (colon), rectum, and anus. These cancers can originate in any part of the GI tract and are collectively known as GI cancers, with symptoms, prognosis, and treatment options varying widely depending on the specific location and stage of the cancer. GI cancers primarily affect individuals with risk factors such as age, family history, lifestyle choices, and certain medical conditions.
