The platform is powered by over 150 volunteers, including active and retired firefighters, dispatchers, and first responders, who monitor radio scanners and official sources around the clock to deliver up-to-date information. Watch Duty primarily serves residents in wildfire-prone areas, offering features such as real-time wildfire maps, evacuation orders, shelter information, and air quality updates to enhance public safety.
